These “broth packs” contain 2 chicken carcasses with the back meat and skin along with 2 necks. Why would you want this?? These packs are fantastic for making wonderful bone broth!! Throw them frozen or thawed into your instant pot, fill the pot with water (and throw in some veggies, if you’d like), and pressure cook for 3 hours. You’ll get the richest, most amazing bone broth you can imagine!! We use the broth in soups, as the liquid when we make rice, etc. It is so nutritious and delicious!

This back packs is the best for chicken broth. It’s very tasty. There is so much meat that I can still cook it with mushroom and veggies and feed 8 people easily with rice or ramen noodle. We only need 2 backpacks or 1 package of this product, and host a small fellowship.
